Angela Rushing, Certified Trichologist

Angela Rushing is dual-licensed as a Cosmetologist and Esthetician with a passion for blending aesthetics, trichology, and holistic care. She is a Certified Head Spa Therapist, Cranial Prosthesis Specialist, Oncology Trained Esthetician, Hair Loss Practitioner certified through the United States Trichology Institute (USTI) and American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) and a Board Certified Trichologist through Advanced Hair Care Academy (AHCA) and American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). Angela is dedicated to her professional development and is committed to furthering her education in order to expand her knowledge, stay current with industry standards, and provide the highest level of service to those she serve.

With her diverse expertise, Angela specializes in advanced scalp health, aesthetic & oncology skincare, medical wig services, and non-surgical hair replacement solutions. Her mission is to help clients restore confidence, nurture overall well-being, and achieve optimal scalp and skin health through integrative, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs. A personalized consultation designed to evaluate your skin type, current concerns, and lifestyle factors. During this session, we perform a detailed skin and scalp analysis using professional assessment tools, review your hair and skin care history, and discuss your goals. Based on the findings, we create a customized treatment plan and home-care recommendations to support your air and skin health journey.

Appointment & Spa Policies

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments are available by reservation only to ensure personalized care.
All new clients are required to complete a consultation form before their first visit.
You may schedule online or through our social media booking link.
To maintain a calm environment, please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your appointment to complete intake paperwork and begin in a relaxed state.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise; however, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Frequent cancellations may impact future scheduling availability.

Please notify us if you expect to arrive late.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments.
Full service fees still apply for shortened sessions.

Oncology & Health Considerations

Clients currently undergoing cancer treatment or with recent medical procedures must provide written clearance from their physician for spa services.
Certain treatments may be modified for your safety and comfort.
Please inform your therapist of any changes in medication, skin reactions, or medical status prior to your service.

Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments for specialized or extended services (e.g., oncology treatments, scalp therapy, cranial prosthetic fittings).
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
Gratuities are appreciated but never expected.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our services and products, all sales are final.
Exchanges for retail items are only accepted if the product is unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase.

Children & Guests

To preserve the serenity of our environment, children and guests are not permitted in treatment areas unless receiving a service.
